| RTM (RESIN TRANSFER MOLDING) TIME is the only manufacturer in the bicycle industry to possess total expertise in this carbon manufacturing technique. RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) technology combines the use of tubular woven braids (layers) of carbon with pressure injection of the resin into the mold. RTM technology combines total freedom of shape with quality and consistency in production. The epoxy resin, tubular woven braids and integrated inserts all bond together in a closed, pressure-injection mold to make the finished piece totally homogeneous. Proper selection and positioning of the fibers to obtain the desired characteristics, combined with the unity of the finished piece, make RTM a race-winning technology.
